– Save the text file (e.g., an .rtf file) on any computer.

Follow the (shortly drafted) steps to get a certificate from the certificate server. This

is described in detail in the Creating SSL certificates for printing with ThinPrint

documentation (Page 17

Requesting a

certificate

– Request a client certificate via a website (coded with Base64)

– With copy&paste, enter the contents of your text file

Issuing

the certificate

– Open the root certification authority on the certificate server and issue the

requested client certificate.

Downloading the

certificate

– The certificate issued from the root certification authority can now be down-

loaded from the certificate server's website.

Importing

a certificate

for the TPG

– Open the TPG60 web page again and select the .cer certificate that you just

saved at C

ERTIFICATE FILE (top arrow in Illus. 9).
